Wichita State University Employment Compliance Resources
Wichita State University participates in E-Verify, which is an internet-based system that compares information from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility.
At this time, the University has placed the process for sponsoring H-1B sponsorships on hold so that we may assess the feasibility of, and processes for, such sponsorships. We are working to establish updated processes and guidelines and will update this site when we have further information to share.
